Meeting the Challenges of Today's Students

  • Lake Champlain Waldorf School 122 Bostwick Road Shelburne, VT, 05482 United States (map)

Please join our gathering of colleagues in Waldorf Education for a wide-ranging colloquium on the pressing questions facing Waldorf teachers today:    How do we deepen our understanding of the etheric and astral bodies in the child and the developmental relationship between the period before and after puberty?    What do children need during the period from 0-14 in order to develop a healthy foundation for thinking?  How do these things impact our teaching?

This gathering will be guided by colleagues from the Center for Contextual Studies and the Lake Champlain Waldorf School.  There will be time for open discussion, presentations on different aspects of the questions above, and practical examples from classroom experiences.  New and experienced teachers are warmly invited to join us.  Cost will be $95, covering expenses only
